Mempro™ Cell-Free CoA-dependent Acyltransferases Production

Creative Biostructure can provide high-yield and high-quality CoA-dependent acyltransferases by our best Mempro™ cell-free protein production services. Our patent Mempro™ cell-free expression system can preserve the native activity of membrane proteins of interest.

Mempro™ cell-free protein production system is the innovative platform developed by Creative Biostructure, which can bypass the limitations that encountered in cell-based protein production system, such as host cell toxicity, low yield and solubilization and purification using detergents.

CoA-dependent acyltransferase, is also termed glycerophospholipid acyltransferase, the substrates of which are 1-organyl-2-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and 1-organyl-2-lyso-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, whereas its two final products are 1-organyl-2-acyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine and 1-organyl-2-lyso-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine. Most notably, CoA-dependent acyltransferase is a superfamily which consists of three families: CAT-like family, Choline/Carnitine O-acyltransferase family and NRPS condensation domain family. Chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT) is one of the members of CAT-like family, which is a bacterial enzyme covalently links an acetyl group from acetyl-CoA to chloramphenicol, thus the combination of ribosomes and chloramphenicol is held back. A trimer of identical subunits forms the Chloramphenicol acetyltransferase, and the trimeric structure is firmed by several hydrogen bonds.

Creative Biostructure can provide various strategies for high-quality Mempro™ cell-free CoA-dependent acyltransferases, including:

• Mempro™ CoA-dependent Acyltransferases Production in Bacterial Extract
E. coli S30 extract is widely used for membrane protein production. Mempro™ membrane protein expression by bacterial extract provides you the enhancement of expression of the CoA-dependent acyltransferases, and easy to perform scale-up membrane protein production.

• Mempro™ CoA-dependent Acyltransferases Production in Wheat Germ
Creative Biostructure can provide eukaryotic translation system for CoA-dependent acyltransferases production in wheat germ system. This system facilitates the membrane proteins performing correct folding and post-translational modifications and maintaining the correct structural and functional properties.

• Mempro™ CoA-dependent Acyltransferases Production in Rabbit Reticulocyte
Crude rabbit reticulocyte lysate is the renewed system for eukaryotic membrane protein production, providing multiple options for the optimization of the production protocols, such as the availability of materials, protein origin and complexity, downstream processing, etc.

• Mempro™ CoA-dependent Acyltransferases Production in Baculovirus
Baculovirus expression system from Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcNPV) is also an important host for CoA-dependent acyltransferases expression, which is developed in the early stage that transfected insect cells in combination with vectors derived from the baculovirus.

Creative Biostructure can also provide Mempro™ plant-based virus-like particles (VLPs) production services, Mempro™ animal-free recombinant protein production services and Mempro™ membrane protein production services. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed quote.
