Our SEM service provides high-quality images for visualization of surface details of samples, such as texture, morphology, or contamination of materials. We can also perform elemental mapping and distribution across the surface of the sample.

Our TEM service includes high-resolution imaging and data analysis of a wide variety of samples. Defects such as voids, stacking faults, dislocations and loops can be revealed and analyzed using weak beam dark imaging, trace analysis and other techniques.

We provide imaging and data analysis for detection and localization of proteins in cells and tissues via Immuno-EM technology, which can be applied on practically every unicellular and multicellular organism, and often providing insights into the structure-function associations.

Our super-resolution microscopy services allow imaging and data analysis of subcellular structures in living cells, as well as real-time activities at a 5-20 nm resolution.

Our 4D UEM service allows imaging and data analysis of materials at extremely short spatial and temporal resolutions by integrating the excellent spatial resolution of electron microscopes with the temporal resolution of ultrafast femtosecond laser-based spectroscopy.
