Product Overview
DiD Labeled Fluorescent Liposome incorporate a lipophilic dye (DiD) inside their membranes. They are insoluble in water and the fluorescence is easily detected when incorporated into membranes. This liposome is mannosylated by 4-aminophenyl ?-D-mannopyranoside, which is a hydrophobic derivative of mannose. By mannosylation, the liposome could be targeted to the mannose recepter such as bacterial and viral cell surfaces. Excitation/Emission (nm): 644/665
