Product Overview
The liposomes are prepared by the extrusion technology to 200-250nm nm with tight particle size distribution. The product is semisterile filtered through 0.45um filters and filled in autoclaved vials guaranteed to be stable for 3 months stored in refrigerator. The phospholipid, fluorescein DHPE is labeled on the head group with the green-fluorescent pH-sensitive fluorophore, fluorescein (excitation/emission maxima ~496/519 nm). <br />Lipid composition: DOPC/CHOL/Fluorescein-DHPE (54:45:1 mol/mol)<br />Mean particle size: 230 nm (200-250 nm, intensity weighted lognormal per DSL)<br />Particle size distribution: 80-100nm (half-width)
