Exosome Isolation Solutions Trusted by Global Leaders in Life Sciences

Creative Biostructure provides expert exosome isolation services trusted by academia, biotech, and pharma to support research and development.

What are Exosomes?

Exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles (30-150 nm) secreted by most cell types. They carry proteins, lipids, mRNAs, and microRNAs, enabling intercellular communication. Due to their rich molecular cargo, exosomes hold great potential as disease biomarkers, tools for studying biological processes, and natural carriers for therapeutic delivery.

Why is Exosome Isolation Important for Downstream Applications?

Accurate exosome isolation is essential for research and development. Impurities like proteins or other vesicles can distort experimental results. High-purity exosomes ensure reliable data, reproducible outcomes, and valid biological insights. Optimized methods preserve exosome integrity and yield, enabling effective functional analysis, biomarker discovery, and drug delivery studies.

Client Success Stories & Project Highlights

At Creative Biostructure, we deliver high-quality, customized exosome isolation and characterization services that support diverse research goals. Our clients rely on our expertise to generate reliable data for publications, product development, and translational research.

Case Study 1: Ultracentrifugation-Based Isolation and Characterization of Research Exosomes

A client approached Creative Biostructure with pre-isolated samples requiring standardized exosome purification and validation for molecular profiling and downstream assay development.

Our team applied a refined ultracentrifugation-based workflow using the Beckman L8-80M ultracentrifuge, followed by PBS washes and filtration steps, to remove residual protein aggregates and non-exosomal vesicles. The final pellet was resuspended and divided for quality control assays.

We performed transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to confirm morphology and size distribution, and NanoFCM particle size analysis revealed a homogenous population averaging ~82 nm. BCA protein quantification and RNA extraction further demonstrated the presence of functional molecular cargo. Sterility testing confirmed the sample's suitability for further biological use.
